主题乐园建在室内，楼高四层的建筑分为3个部分，2楼是首个在日本境外的第一家凯蒂猫主题乐园 (Sanrio Hello Kitty Town)， 3楼和4楼则是Little Big Club 乐园， 在3楼有恐龙仔班尼 (Barney)、鲍勃工程队(Bob the Builder)，小企鹅 Pingu 和Angelina Ballerina， 汤玛士火车头(Thomas & Friends) 则独占4楼.。记得要查看节目表哦！
